Hulu’s new TV and movie releases for July 21-27, 2025, include Washington Black and the first seven seasons of Mad About You.
Wednesday, July 23, 2025, brings Washington Black to Hulu. This drama series follows an 11-year-old boy named George Washington “Wash” Black. He goes on a globe-spanning journey to discover his identity after escaping a Barbados sugar plantation via a flying machine in the company of an eccentric inventor, who turns out to be his master’s brother.
Next, Thursday, July 24, sees the first seven seasons of Mad About You arrive on Hulu. Set in the 1990s, this comedy series follows young newlyweds Paul and Jamie Buchanan. They try to sustain their marriage by dealing with obstacles that come in the way of their love.
Also releasing on Hulu this week is the Season 6 premiere of Match Game and the Season 4 premiere of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
Match Game is a television panel game show following contestants who try to match answers given by celebrity panelists to fill-in-the-blank questions. Season 6 will be hosted by Martin Short, who also serves as an executive producer on the series.
Meanwhile, Who Wants to be a Millionaire is a game show hosted by talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel. In it, contestants answer a series of multiple-choice questions that become increasingly difficult to secure the ultimate cash prize of $1 million.
