Invincible Cast Gets Exciting Addition as Season 5 Is Confirmed

Prime Video has officially announced the Invincible Season 5 renewal for its popular superhero animated series, which hails from executive producers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. This comes ahead of the show’s highly anticipated Season 4 premiere in 2026.

Who is joining Invincible Season 4?

In addition, Prime Video also confirmed that Emmy winner Matthew Rhys has officially joined the voice cast of Invincible Season 4. At the moment, further details about the Perry Mason star’s character are still being kept under wraps. This won’t be Rhys’ first venture into the animated genre after previously lending his voice in popular shows like BoJack Horseman, The Owl House, and Gremlins.

Invincible is based on the hit graphic novel series created by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley. The animated series features the voices of Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, J.K. Simmons, Seth Rogen, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Zachary Quinto, Chris Diamantopoulos, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Ben Schwartz, Clancy Brown, Jay Pharoah, Mark Hamill, and more. It is also executive produced by Kirkman, David Alpert, Catherine Winder, Simon Racioppa, Margaret M. Dean, Helen Leigh, and Cory Walker.

“The series follows 17-year-old Mark Grayson, as he inherits his father’s superpowers and sets out to become Earth’s greatest defender, only to discover the job is more challenging than he could have ever imagined,” reads the synopsis. “Everything changes as Mark is forced to face his past, and his future, while discovering how much further he’ll need to go to protect the people he loves.”
