Hulu has some big releases in store for the week of June 9-15, 2025. These include The Snake and The 1% Club Season 2 premieres.
June 11 brings The Snake to Hulu. This is a reality game competition series hosted by Jim Jeffries. It follows 15 masters of manipulation with varying persuasive professions, who compete in a series of interesting and unique challenges with numerous fun twists and turns. The 15 masters do this for one goal: helping contestants on the path to becoming The Snake — the game’s most powerful position and the one deciding whom to keep in the game and whom to eliminate.
Next, June 12 sees The 1% Club Season 2 drop on Hulu. This installment will be hosted by Joel McHale, best known for his role as Jeff Winger in Community. The 1% Club is a game show that tests the intelligence of citizens via a scientific survey. Those who answer a minimum number of questions can secure a spot in the 1% club — a group of people who can honestly and freely boast about outwitting 99% of the country’s population.
Also releasing this week on Hulu is the film Gran Turismo.
Gran Turismo is based on the popular PlayStation racing video game franchise of the same name. The story follows a teenage Gran Turismo player, whose gaming skills lead to him competing in a series of Nissan racing competitions, thus putting him on the path to becoming a professional race car driver.
