This talk will walk through the complete lifecycle of a Craft build. Beginning with importing 1.5MM content records, 800k assets, and several hundred content authors from an old MySQL database. Setting up Craft to support hundreds of content authors, several complex existing content workflows, and maintaining hundreds of unique page layouts created in legacy systems. Launching a platform shift from one CMS to another with zero downtime. Finally managing releases in an ongoing way while keeping the site running all the time.
