Sydney Sweeney previously revealed that she once thought about having a breast reduction due to feeling insecure about her body. In a candid interview, the actress reflected on how self-conscious she felt about her body during high school and revealed how close she came to undergoing surgery.

Sydney Sweeney revealed that during her teenage years, she thought about getting a breast reduction. In a 2023 interview with Glamour UK, the Euphoria star opened up about her struggles with body image while she was in high school. She said she felt uncomfortable with how large her breasts were at the time and often tried to hide them.
She said, “When I was in high school, I used to feel uncomfortable about how big my boobs were, and I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get a boob job to make them smaller.” However, it was her mother who persuaded her not to go through with it. “‘Don’t do it. You’ll regret it in college,’” Sweeney recalled her mom saying. She added, “And I’m so glad I didn’t. I like them. They’re my best friends.”
Now, Sweeney encourages others to embrace their bodies instead of feeling ashamed. She said, “Flaunt what you got. Own it. Love them.” She admitted to covering up her body at a young age, but said things changed as her confidence grew. The actress added, “Everybody’s body is beautiful. When you are confident and you’re happy within is when it really shows to other people.”
Sweeney is also making headlines for a possible major role in the next James Bond film. The Sun reported that she is the top choice for the part, with support from both director Denis Villeneuve and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, whose company controls the Bond film rights.
An insider told The Sun, “Sydney is the top name on the casting sheet for Bond. Denis believes she is hugely talented, as well as having an alluring appeal to younger generations, vital in modernising the franchise.”
